Update deck names with top most face up card

Description

A utility cube that updates all deck names if they're face up, with the top most card's name and description.

Once a deck is flipped, its previous name is set so it no longer shows in the tooltip / hint the 1st card.

Details

Self contained behavior. (can be imported to the game mod by searching this mod and adding it, or saving it as an object and spawning)
Configurable, both if previous name should be saved and used when deck is face down, and also a default name (currently empty) for decks that don't have a name.
