Magic Builder

Tired of building the same old wooden boxes every time you start a new Terraria playthrough? Magic Builder makes housing fun and easy with biome-themed houses and utility structures that can be summoned with magical consumables.

The mod also features a new NPC called the Homebearer, who is obsessed with homes and can communicate with them. The Homebearer will move in to investigate the homeness of your world if you have the campfire buff. Chat with him to learn more about his unique collection methods, or to check on what houses he has to offer.

Please someone update it, or show me another mod to spawn themed houses for the NPC's, i love building my OWN HOUSE, but im tired of creating NPC houses, i did it 9000000x times, now i want to spawn it when i play a new game, instead of making 5x10 squares.
Please update the mod :(

i think this thing is already outdated fully; the items don't work any bit, just placing some torches around and maybe a chair if i get lucky
