Tank Theme | Cry of Fear: Simon's Theme

This replaces the taank.wav and tank.wav Theme with "Kill Yourself" From Cry of Fear. The Dark Carnival variations are not changed. This was requested of me Literally years ago and I forgot (as I tend to) But was recently reminded of today, and I had some spare time to test and quickly put this version of my previous mod, which was "Simon Is Back", from the Manhunt campaign.
