Ancient Junk Loot

Description










Ancient Power: If you unsubscribe from Ancient Power and subscribe to this mod all your items and buildings from Ancient Power will remain in place. I do not recommend to use both mods together.
Any mods that add loot for ancient buildings should be compatible, the mods will not interfere with each other and junk will be dropping all loot from mods correctly.
Vanilla Genetics Expanded: VGE ancient crates drop loot.

Ancient Power is included inside this mod because I wanted to implement ancient power cells drops in a different and more compatible way with other mods while not changing Ancient Power mod and adding a dependency to it.

As a result they're getting a penalty to work speed despite making the room they're in a kitchen.

I think the ancient microwave/(other one) need to be patched to require a kitchen to work at normal speed, currently they seem to be asking for a workshop.

I've also never seen any of these drop from the things on the map. At most I've seen a power bank and one battery sold by a merchant once, and some ancient soda in quests and merchant inventories rarely.

I've used this Mod for months and I never saw it drop. I guess it's because I have Mods that cause items that are to be destroyed to accept deconstruction, in which case nothing happens...

@TurtleShroom Structures that can be deconstructed should be deconstructed, not destroyed. And structures that don't have an option for deconstruction have a chance to drop loot regardless of how they are destroyed. Note that mods that change deconstruction behaviour do not affect this, it's based on vanilla deconstruction gizmo availability. Some structures have really small chances for loot to drop, like ancient tanks. Others, like crates, have higher chances, you can test on them if the loot drops are working for you.

I've never seen any Ancient Structure drop these. Do I have to punch it until it breaks, or will using cheat codes to click the Deconstruction button also fix it?

This is a really cool looking mod, I like the idea of finding these rare little treasures while digging through the debris of the past. Do you plan to expand with the new kinds of debris and clutter and rubble added by Odyssey and 1.6?
