Flashbang Grenade

Description
Adds a new grenade item to Jupiter Hell - a flashbang grenade.

Briefly slows enemies, shortens their vision and removes their current target awareness of the player. Lasts for a few scant turns.

Just checking that you aren't catching yourself in the effect are you? That will reduce your vision range which in turn will make the game zoom in.

Interesting Mod. I like it. Its a bit strange that it zooms in once you throw it. Other than that, I love the effect size of the tactic. It's essentially a smoke grenade with your vision not being obstructed.
