Concrete L-Block 4640m2

This is intended to be 3 OCD-Friendly Habitats, but can be used as 1 with a total ground area of 4640 metres squared. Just add dividing walls from the centrepoints of the outer walls towards the central block and add extra doors where indicated by the columns on the inner back area to divide it perfectly into 3 habitats of just under 40x40x6 metres, accounting for the corners where the doors go.
The walls are aligned with the path grid so extending them shouldn't cause collisions further along.
Besides the door / doors themselves, the rest of the structure should have perfect bilateral symmetry along the diagonal.
The outer walls have one-way glass and the door / doors are positioned centrally in the middle / back of the structure for ease of access by staff.
Recommended use is to arrange four copies of the entire structure into a split cross with visitor paths in the middle and staff routes along the outside. The structures can then be split into 3 habitats each for a total of 12 identically sized habitats.
