Michigan Mitten

Adds the Michigan Mitten map to the game. Michigan is my home state and I was disappointed to find that nobody made a map of it so I made one myself. The map being just the mitten does not add the Upper Peninsula to the game (Sorry Yoopers). I tried to follow Michigan's geography as best I could which means that the map is very flat and has a lot of water on it. I also tried to stay close to Michigan's natural recourses but for the sake of gameplay added a few other things such as uranium, coal, and iron. The map is big enough for 3-5 civilizations depending on how much you expand and the number of city-states. This is my first map so it isn't that advanced. Have fun playing and give a high rating if you want more.
