Automated fixfoam hull repair

An automated fixfoam hull repair system. Triggers fixfoam when high pressure has been detected in a compartment or using a terminal which can detonate fixfoam in specific compartments, ie typing "repair ballast a" will detonate the fixfoam in ballast a while "repair engine" will detonate the fixfoam in the engine room. Typing "repair all" will detonate all fixfoam simultaneously.
