Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 Improved Dashboard

Description
This mod improves Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 dashboard:

- based on "Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 Realistic Dashboard Computer" from Oscar;
- changed font to default;
- added low fuel icon;
- added damage warning icon;
- added damage stop icon;
- added low air pressure warning icon;
- added cruise control memory icon;
- added remaining fuel/adblue in tank percent;
- added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.);
- added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
- changed the order of the pages of the onboard computer;
- changed cruise control section;
- changed low fuel page;
- changed damage page;
- fixes and improvements.

IvánRC66 [ESP], I don't know how to work with new fonts and I don't know how to restore the old one to the new format. Therefore, the mod has been rebuilt to use default fonts.

Nice mod, is it possible for you to replace the H & L by an up and down arrow above and under the gear indicator when you're using H-shifter? It's the same in the Oscar mod.
