gm_pibbsconstruct V3.6

This is the first upload of my gm_construct mega scene which includes tons of characters, story, details and prop work.

This change log is something I've wanted to do since day one but I didn't want to publish a blank construct world with barely any props. So I waited til I was happy with the amount of work I've done with a version and publish it. And that's 3.6. Be sure to follow me for the latest version, explore, find secrets, and enjoy.

Here are the recent changes in V3.6:

Vehicle Race Ramp

> Removed Sentry Buster 01's seat
> Made him lean against the container
> Added trash and soil bags at the side of the ramp
> Added rafters for a mini camera studio
> Includes BMS Custodian model, GTA5 Camera, BMS Mug and other Source props
> Moved the standing target onto the pavement

Graffiti Wall

> Red Robot Scout 02 now has:
> A lunch bag
> A duffel bag for spray paint

Recurring ERRORS

> Error on Elite01's Boat
> LEGO Half-Life 2 Models were removed (Elite model)
> Unknown Error in BLU Blast Complex
> Under the Alenschnapps barrels, I have no clue what it was
