Dithering (Effect Asset)

This post-processing effect asset pixelates and dithers the underlying image. You can set a custom raster resolution, change the dither pattern and modify the bit-depth of the dither colors. I showcase this effect in the preset 1-Bit Ghost for my wallpaper Ink Droplets.

By default this asset uses the noise texture that comes with wpe (white noise I think). You can find some useful blue noise patterns here[momentsingraphics.de] which should look a bit better. I have also uploaded a showcase asset containing bayer matrix textures that can be used for ordered dithering.
