Adds the Yoshisaur Race.

I made this mod a long while ago and never finished it, the only real missing things are graphics for their special weapons and armor.

They have fully working palettes for their main color and spike color, but no custom name pool.

Feel free to take this and finish it, or make patches for other mods.
