Particle Overhaul - Fire

This mod changes/unifies the color of all fire particles I could find.
Except a few stragglers, because they're in particle sets that mostly contain other things.
But the other particle overhauls will contain the same color settings


Originally, they had some saturated, and some very bland fire particles.
Now, all of them use the same saturation. A bit stronger than the vanilla saturation.

Another change I did, was modify the "ember" particles to use actual fire textures.
Previously they were just a glowing dot.

On some fire, you won't be able to tell any difference, on some you can really tell.
I tried to not overdo the saturation, like on the old particle overhaul I did.

Thanks to valve's odd packing job of particles, some fire is inside of the environment particle pcf set, which has also been updated to use the same color intensity of this mod.
