Tired of drowning? Why not make your experience 10x more anxiety inducing?

This adds the drowning theme from Sonic the Hedgehog to the game.

And I mean it's much louder than any other sound within the game, meaning that yes, while turning down music could work, it would in turn make other music too quiet and only this mod would be at an ideal level.

The music is a bit loud. This mod would be perfect if we had a volume slider in the mod's config, if it wasn't greyed out.
