Steering Wheel Adjustment Explanation:
With a dynamic steering wheel, only one setting is available for adjusting the wheel's height or angle.
Why not make a fully adjustable steering wheel? I've tried adding a skeleton to the model. While it works in the software, the game only has two options, so the dynamic setting takes up one, leaving only one for adjustment. Another approach is to use the official skeleton directly, but the result is the same: only one setting is adjustable, or none at all.

@ C.Joash_EN It doesn't effect my wipers. Not sure why it is effecting yours but maybe conflict with another mod. I use enough mods to sink a ship.

For others wandering what this is about. I must warn you that this mod renders wipers ineffective for some reason, however it's a great mod nonetheless, hence if you usually drive without rain or crank the chances of rain to 0% this is a perfect mod without any issues.
