Fortified Hall

Small hall used by a local government to steward the population. Do not expect much treasure, besides the collected taxes, as this is a hearing institution, serving as a bridge between the rulers of the area & the commonfolk. The faction is a random human group, they may be friendly or hostile, depending on your luck. If they are friendly you can attempt to recruit, trade, or share information with the occupants of the Fortified Hall.
