Hey there, love the mod! I'm making an iDomination mod for my personal usage, using your 2002 mod as a base. Out of curiosity, I'd be interested in releasing it publicly as well down the line if it ever got to a level of quality I'm happy with, but only with permission from you and full credit on the initial database. Would that be permitted?

Hi, OTT doesn't open until 2014 but if you want to play with it in 2002. Start a game without choosing a promotion and go to the database editor and activate the OTT. All that remains is to choose it in "all promotion"
