Old Fashioned Rudder indicator

Description
This micro-controller is fairly simple but took my entire willpower; It's an old fashioned Rudder indicator giving Port Starboard needle. It is designed to look like an old fashioned dial rather than all the other modern ones; it is also made to be placed on a 1x1 monitor only.

I've made this for steam tugboat I'll be uploading to the workshop when its finished;
