Starting Classes affect what your starting gear looks like and what abilities you possess. You can open more classes later in the game and equipment up to two of them.
All Archetypes have one unique Prime Perk, which becomes available once player equip an Archetype in 1st (left) slot. Prime Perks get two upgrades (at lvls 5 and 10)
Where to craft
To open new archetypes you need to find co-responsible Engram. Once you have the engram you wish to use, players must then have it crafted by an NPC in Ward 13 named Wallace. He is located on the second level of the crane positioned at the docks of the ward. It costs 5 Lumenite Crystals.

The Handler brings a Dog Companion to the fight, and many of his abilities revolve around it. Handlers can determine the nature of the dog by using one of the three skills. While playing Multiplayer, the Handler is a support Class, that may assist the team granting diffferent kinds of buffs.

When Handler is downed, Companion will attempt to revive them at 50% Max Health. Can be used to revive allies with Command. Downed ally must have a Relic charge.

Spirit of the Wolf (Team Perk)

Teamwork (Utility Perk)

Support Dog

Companion will follow the Handler and continously heal allies within 3.5m for 0.25% of Max Health per second.

Continously Aiming Down Sights uninterrupted and without shooting for 0.5s causes the Hunter to enter a FOCUSED state, which remains for 0.75s if you stop aiming.
FOCUSED reduces Weapon Spread, Recoil, and Sway by 75% and grants 25% Ranged & Ranged Weakspot Damage.
While FOCUSED, Aiming at enemies will automatically apply MARK.

Hunter's Shroud
Unlocked at level 10
Hunter becomes Shrouded, reducing enemy awareness and making them harder to hit while moving. Attacking or activating a Mod or Skill will instantly exit Shroud.
Exiting Shroud applies MARK to all enemies within 10m and grants AMBUSH to the Hunter for 2s.
AMBUSH: Increases Ranged and Melee Damage by 50% which diminishes over its duration. Ranged and Melee attacks apply MARK.
Hunter will automatically Shroud again after 1.15s if no offensive action are performed.

The Medic unleashes a 30m shockwave that revives downed allies and restores 50% Max Health over 10s. For each additional 1s holding the SKILL button, the heal gains an additional 50% (up to 200% max).
Revived allies will only receive 50% of the healing amount. If revived, allies cannot be revived again by Redemption for another 180s. Resets at Worldstone or on death.

Revived allies cannot be affected by Living Will for 180s.

Dropped by Manticora in the "Manticora from the Drain" Event in Losomn.
You need to approach one of the many sewer grates along the street. The sewer grates in Losomn have a chance to spawn a Manticora If you’re standing next to one of the grates, a Manticora can grab you and pull you into the sewer. This is a random chance, so simply approach each grate you see and push up against it.

Fountains can grant either: 10% increased damage (Red), 15% damage reduction (Blue), 2 Health Regeneration per second (Green), or HASTE (Yellow).
Cooldown: 45s

Can be crafted at Bloodmoon Altar on Yaesha using Blood Moon Essence. It will spawn in an open area (it can be behind closed door. Check nearby dungeons, one of them will lead you to a boss, and an exit will appear afterwards. Follow through the exit to get to the door blocked area from the back).
When you find Bloodmoon Altar, it’ll be highlighted blue on your map. To open summoner class you need to buy Faded Grimoire for 15 Blood Moon Essence, 5 Lumenite Crystals and 1,500 Scrap.

You can collect Bloodmoon Essence by killing pink wisps that can be found floating around Yaesha during a blood moon.
Blood Moons spawn only on loading into a zone. Staying in a zone, will not cause the Blood Moon to spawn. Once you get the bloodmoon, leaving or re-entering the area (or resting at a crystal) does not reset the bloodmoon, but does respawn pink wisps who drop Blood Moon Essence.

To get the Crafting Material for this class you'll need mele weapon called Dreamcatcher, what you can get by feeding the Nightweaver Stone Doll to the Nightweaver's Web .
Players will receive the doll from the Head Doctor in the asylum after giving her 3 Stone-Carved Dolls. Doctor is located in the underground of the Asylum.

First Stone-Carved Doll can be found in the room across the office that has the iron safe, that requires four numbers to be open.
Second Stone-Carved Doll can be found outside the Asylum, in the shed where players fight Ripsaw.
Third Stone-Carved Doll can be found on the third floor, in one of the rooms. Players need to have the Asylum Third Floor Key found inside the shed outside of the Asylum. (While you are on the third floor, go through the open window in the first large room, leading to a small balcony where you will find the Prison Cell Key)

Return to the head doctor, give her all 3 dolls first, open the door and take the Nightweaver Stone Doll.
Continue playing the main campaign until you reach Clided Chambers, where you'll face the Nightweaver. You will obtain an item called the Soulkey Tribute. Return to Morrow Parish and head to the basement area, where you'll find a bluish spider web. Interact with the web and offer the Soulkey Tribute. This action will teleport you to the tormented version of the Asylum. In this location, search for a bluish web inside one of the cells, interact with it, and feed it with the Nightweaver Stone Doll to receive the Dreamcatcher melee weapon.



Now travel to Root Earth, venture into the Corrupted Harbor area. Progress through until you reach a Warehouse-like building. Once inside, you'll find a small checkpoint. Descend to the lowest floor, which leads to a engine room area. From there, follow the path that takes you to an open space. In this location, you'll encounter an uncommon-looking entity. You will notice a blue particle effect. Equip Dreamcatcher and use the melee attack on the figure to obtain a consumable item called Walker's Dream. Use it to fight Bane, defeat it to receive the Engram.

The Archon is unlocked via the red portal door in the Labyrinth. You will need to have a specific loadout to become corrupted, and thus this means that you need to have completed the story at least once.
First Archetype: Explorer (the Golden Compass). Lvl 10 skill - Fortune Hunter.
Second Archetype: Invader (the Serrated Root Blade). Lvl 5 skill - the Worm Hole.
Armor: Full Realmwalker Set (Can be purchased from Whispers after completing the main campaign in Ward 13).
Long Gun: Ford's Scattergun. It can be found From the The Red Throne world stone on Yaesha, follow the pathway and go into the library on the left. While wearing the Seal of the Empress, the floor underneath you will open, revealing a basement with the weapon inside. In order to get Seal of the Empress you need to finish main quest of The Eternal Empress on Yaesha without giving her Thaen Seed or Ornate Lockbox. Return to the queen after the boss and choose the polite speech options and then kneel.
Hand Gun: You require the Cube Gun, can be crafted by McCabe after defeating the Labyrinth Sentinel (Labyrinth main boss).
Meele Weapon: You have to find the Labyrinth Staff. It can be found in the Bastion Event of the Labyrinth.
First you need to get to the Shifting Portal. Facing the portal, turn left. Go forward, destroy enemies. Check under the leftmost side of the cliff to see ledges. Jump down. When you fall, a bridge will form under your feet. Move forward and wait until a round platform forms, allowing you to cross the chasm. At the back of this chamber, you will see the Staff of the Labyrinth.
Relic: Void Heart. can be found in Alepsis-Taura, what unlocks once you finish the Navigator questline in N'Erud, you need to kill Sha'Hala: Spectral Guardian of N'Erud normally. Do not insert the override key. Then you have to wait ~12 hours in real-time (you can forward your PC time then travel to Ward 13 and back to N'Erud).
Amulet: Leto's Amulet. Can be bought from Reggie in Ward 13. Only becomes available after performing 100 flop dodges in any heavy armor.
First Ring: Amber Moonstone. Can be purchased from Cass in Ward 13. Note that she rotates her inventory from time to time, so as soon as you find it, try to acquire it (joining other people's worlds can give you new items to buy from her)
Second Ring: Black Cat Band. Can be bought from Reggie in Ward 13. You need to die a certain amount of times to unlock it.
Third Ring: Anastasija's Inspiration. Can be bought from Whispers in Ward 13.
Fourth Ring: Zania's Malice: Can be found in the Ashen Wasteland area of Root Earth
Before falling into the gap to find the Resonating Heart, you will notice a small hole on the other side of the wall, crouch through there and you will find Zania's Malice.

Way of Kaeula
Automatically Unlocked
nvoke Kaeula to cast a Tidal Wave, dealing 150 - 450 Elemental damage and conjuring a 30m Rainstorm for 15s. Allies inside Rainstorm gain HASTE. Enemies inside Rainstorm gain DRENCHED for 10s.
DRENCHED: Reduces Movement Speed by 10%. Every few seconds, lightning strikes enemies dealing 300 - 900 base SHOCK damage split among DRENCHED targets.
Cooldown: 120s.

Way of Meidra
Unlocked at level 5
Invoke Meidra to heal all allies for 20% Max Health over 1.5s and conjure a 20m Forest Growth for 15s. After fully blooming, allies in the Forest Growth heal 2% Max Health per second and gain 3% of base damage dealt as Lifesteal. Enemies inside Forest Growth gain GLOOM for 10s.
GLOOM: Increases incoming Elemental damage by 15%.
Cooldown: 120s.

Way of Lydusa
Unlocked at level 10
Invoke Lydusa to infuse Ranged and Melee Damage with the power to apply BRITTLE, allowing the Invoker to generate Sand Devils through damage or kills. Lasts 15s
Reactivating the skill consumes all Sand Devils generated and casts a 15m Sand Blast dealing 100 Elemental Damage per charge. Max 10 charges.
BRITTLE: Increases incoming Critical Chance by 10% and Critical Damage by 15%.
Cooldown: 120s.

Glittering Grotto, Yaesha.
  • First, follow the main storyline progression in Ancient Canopy until you've lowered a large stone stairwell.
  • Make your toward the stairwell, and descend down to the ground level.
  • Once there, look for a doorway leading to a room filled with quicksand and surrounded with arrow traps.
  • Across the room will be the Invoker's set, however, in the room itself, there are two deactivated arrow traps and two swirling, sparkling piles of quicksand within the pit.
  • Stand in one of the swirling piles and wait, slowly, for the quicksand to consume you. This should take exactly one minute.
  • Loot the Old Flute in the chamber you've now appeared in.
    Note: The Quicksand may not work when carrying an Engineer heavy Weapon or while Archetype Summons such as Good Boy or Summoner Minions are active.

Drone: Shield
Automatically Unlocked
Deploy Shield Drone with 100 Energy Reserves to follow and protect its Warded Target.
The Warded Target gains 10% increased Damage Reduction. When the Warded Target is not at Max SHIELD Capacity, the Drone consumes 25 Energy to grant a SHIELD for 8% of the target's Max Health once every 2s. Shields from the Drone last until removed by damage, altering the Warded Target, or the drone is Stowed.
When idle for 5s, the Drone goes Dormant, gaining 1% Energy Regen per second. When depleted of Energy the Drone goes Inactive, then gains 1.5% Energy Regen per second until fully recharged.
SINGLE PRESS: Drone alters its Warded Target to the targeted ally. Max 1 Shield Drone per target.
DOUBLE TAP: Drone returns to the Warden and remains by their side.
HOLD: Stow Drone to gain 4% Energy Regen per second.

Drone: Heal

When idle for 5s, the drone goes Dormant, then gains 1% Energy Regen per second. When depleted of Energy the Drone goes Inactive, then gains 2% of Energy Regen per second until fully recharged.

Withered Necropolis in N'Erud.
Take flight using the Glider near the Gardener and descend rightward into the blighted canyon.
Continue through the canyon. Once you exit, turn to the right and ascend a wind plume. Land on a small outcrop leading into a cave. Follow the bridge and descend further. You will find the Weathered Mechanism suspended in a stasis field.

Just wanted to point out that you don't need the 3 stone dolls to get the Dreamcatcher melee weapon, you need only to open the door and grab the nightweaver statue and then using that on the web.
The 3 stone dolls are used to get the code for the safe upstairs, unlocking the Double Barrel secondary weapon.

The blood moon does go away if you change areas. And I have found no way to get the wisps to respawn without leaving and coming back for a different blood moon.
