Auto Abilities Foe Seeker

This is a stand alone you don't really need my original mod for it to work.

It turns Foe Seeker into a passive with +10% speed and Vigor restoration 1% and It will deactivate when HP drops below 75%.

This is because there is no way to make it restore less than 1% vigour per second so It would work as Perfect Vigour if let active all the time and Perfect Vigour is too powerful to be given by such a generic skill.

That being said the Lord/Hero will only start to lose vigour when below 75% HP, you may think 10% speed is not enough but remember that getting tired also makes you lose speed so I think it's fine.

(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ Why not below 50% HP?... I hear someone ask.

Because I think it would be too similar to Perfect Vigour, some Heroes would rout before they even drop from "Active" Vigor.
