Removes Hyper Relays from the game.

EJR, you could destroy a HR via the colsole command:

- select a HR
- input "effect remove_megastructure = this" and press ENTER

Yeah I just tried it out and it is save game compatible but hyper relays that were already built aren't removed. This normally wouldn't be a problem but their icon stays visible on the galaxy map when they were previously weren't, making every system with a hyper relay vividly visible when looking at the galaxy; if you don't know what I mean, the star system names appear as if it had a colony or upgraded starbase is in. Obviously this gets headache inducing very fast.

Thank you. This worked for me mid-playthrough to disable all Hyper Relays currently built. 25x Unbidden Crisis using the NPC's complete relay network was just not fun.
