Women's DB picture update

A picture pack for the women's db that puts the emphasis on a universal format for pictures, more in line with default or WorldDB. Some are updated for 2023, a couple are older pictures that are more suited to the format or have a coloured background. There are no new pictures for riders that don't have one yet.

There's also a minijersey updates in female shape, but only for the most prominent teams.

You need to overwrite the included files in the actual Women's db in your steamapps\workshop\content\2063610\3008563466

Backup the original folder in case you somehow don't like some pictures.
