No Critter Overcrowding

Description
Simple mod that removes critter overcrowding, over all effects that come from it. Very simple tweak with no performace ramifications besides the fact that a lot of critters will cause lag.

It should be compatible with other mods as long as they also don't mess with ONI's critter overcrowding code. If you have a few mods in particular I can test the compatibility.

I love this mod and before the update I was able to put shine bugs in small spaces but now it says they are confined, and they stop producing eggs. will you fix that please? :)
