Nick's Remove Player Shadows

Description
"Why????"

Due to a bug, the bounds of player rtt shadows get bugged, causing the effect of your shadow seemingly stretching and melting.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Console variable:

"sv_playershadows"

"0" = disable player shadows (default)

"1" = enable shadows

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


I wouldn't call this a fix, not really, but atleast now whenever you're in a vehicle, the shadow won't start melting.

this is such a specific case addon that I don't think anyone else would find useful, whenenver you're using something that makes you invisible usually other players can still see your shadow.
