Tier 05 "Ballista" class Aircraft Carrier, Torpedo variant.
Part of my Valmar Imperial Navy series

Desc: The aircraft carrier of the Valmarian navy, as well as one of its Flagship. This variant possess both fighter and torpedo bombers.
In general a good flagship to lead a fleet, with some light defenses against fighter and any small light target.
