Sydney Follower

Adds a follower named Sydney to the Bannered Mare in Whiterun. She'll wear any armor you give her (as long as she doesn't have any better armor in her invintory, and she starts with steel plate in her inventory), along with being marriable and essential.

In terms of robes, they have to be more valuable than her standard outfit for her to wear them.

She also knows a few shouts, but I can't seem to get her to use them. If you get a picture of her shouting, feel free to post it in the comments and I'll add it.
