Description
[Proof of concept]

The 2007 version of Hydro, with the 7hrowback scripts built in.

To load the map through the console use 'map workshop/3007745540'

Features:
- Restored 2007/OB-Engine 'Quantum Crouch'
- Restored syringe jumping
- Restored pre 'Love and War' minigun
- No cosmetics
- Stock weapons only
- 2007 viewmodels
- No upgrading dispensers/teleporters
- No airblasting
- No moving buildings
- No ÜberCharge speed increase during setup rounds
- Original class speeds
- Unclamped air ducks

it did say stock weapons only, but pyro vs demoman or soldier is gonna be hell again
