Description
Glorious work in progress.

This is basically a mod that makes the cultures of EU4 as culturally accurate as possible. For now it adds lots of new culture groups all over the world and also touches religions a little bit from vanilla, meaning no new religions in order to try to keep this mod-compatible. Even the colonizable-only cultures in Siberia, Africa, and indigenous Taiwan all get equally as much flavor in this mod, in my ambitious attempt to create the best cultural rework / overhaul this game has seen.

I'm mostly done with the creation and placement of the cultures, but not yet at the time of the writing.

I've made everything monument-compatible, meaning if you're Hungary or Romania and want to have access to the Bran Castle monument in Transylvania which is culture locked, you now can because it allows both Hungarian and Romanian cultural groups, as they're no longer a single culture group anymore. So you don't have to worry about such issues.

In the far future I plan to make the cultures in this game more dynamic as was historically.

Update for 1.36.* for compatability purposes along with some bug fixes.
1.37* includes some cultural accuracies for Mesoamerica.

Scuola Grande is like the special edict that Venice has, they need it to complete some missions and it gives good boosts and stuff, but with this mod it just doesnt appear so you cant click it

"As we have seen, the Turkish (first Seljuk, then Ottoman) conquest of Anatolia had reduced areas of significant Greek population to just two, both of them far from Smyrna - the area around Trabzon and a scattering of villages in Cappadocia. Although Ottoman records show a small community in Smyrna in the sixteenth century, significant Greek settlement did not begin until the following century. As with the flight to the mountains, Greek migration to Smyrna was the result of developments that were specific to the period. In the third decade of the sixteenth century Smyrna was a small town of 207 households, of which only 14 percent were Christian (Goffman 1990: 11) [...] If the Ottoman conquests had, more or less, ended the Greek presence in Anatolia (with the notable exception of the eastern Black Sea), the seventeenth century witnessed the revival of Greek life there."

tried it, there was not much here yet. one of the basic things I check for with cultures is greeks around the coast of asia minor, which was historical, but Paradox dropped.
