Crayons of Mass Destruction (CMD)

We finally tracked down who was melting down crayons and hiding bombs inside of them. There's a train rigged to plow through the outer wall which should get us entry to the compound, but we may need to blow another hole if they are smart enough to double up their defenses. The train should also have some armor on board that I'm sure you can put to use. Either way, get in there, take out the general before he calls in for backup, and empty the vault with as many crayons as you can carry. Should be easy, right?
