Medium World Threat

This mod increases the difficulty of Normal World Threat but still slightly easier than High threat.

- Increased average stacks value of Nodes, Magic Materials, Infestations, Free cities defenders and attacking spawners

- More diversity in unit tiers with the same average stack army value

- Mana Nodes have Weak value defenders instead of Very Weak (just like other base nodes: Gold Vein, Pastures, Iron Deposit ...)
