[4K/7K] Lunar Tempest (arrows + bars + circles)

I'm back for my yearly quaver grind!!!

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: (bar skin is default)
- How to switch from bar to arrow skin (for dummies) :
> open skin folder (can be opened from game settings)
> open [- arrows] folder and copy everything
> paste into main skin folder (make sure to click "replace" on the popup)
> change "Default Skin" in Quaver to "arrow"

Things to add:
- hitsounds (do people even use these?)

Theres 3 different variations of the main menu background. I couldn't choose one so I added them all <3
