Remember that this is FAN-MADE, i am not the original owner of Neptunian Forces.

Pulse Troopers were designed mainly for rescuing/taking hostages and to knock out the enemy without killing it when used as a support unit.

Equipment:
1 Laser Rifle with 2 Pulse Drums
1 Quake Grenade (add weight and collison to the metal rod cuz im too lazy to update it)
1 Laser Sword
