boys comic canon is completely different and inferior to the show

Pretty sure Noir isn't canonically black, he was suppose to be a clone of Homelander that was stronger than him in order to keep him in check/take care of him if he ever got out of hand and they made Noir easy to control. But for the show, yeah he's just black.
