Skeletron's Starter Bag Mod

Description
This was a mod requested by Skeletron (@SkeletronTerrariaBoss) on Youtube.
It includes a basic set of items to help jump-start the early game. If you have Magic Storage enabled, it will also supply 8 storage units, a storage heart, and a storage crafting interface.
