The Svalbard Class Destroyer was developed and built by Red Dragon Enterprises for the Confederated Pioneer Republic. The first hull produced, named "Stavanger", fought in a single battle alongside Task Force Deliverance during the Supremacy War with the Pioneer Military Alliance, where it was destroyed in a solo last stand.

The Svalbard was one of RDE's leading destroyer design. It was easy to fly and performed very well. Like other RDE ships, it received a constant stream of upgrades. It was still a very effective design at the time of it's destruction.


The Svalbard was created for the Space Engineers Outlands series produced by GetBrocked on YouTube. The design uses the Outlands modpack. The mods I used to assist with the screenshots came recommended by Taidyr, who makes fantastic content as well.

So I copy Halo designs too now, apparently. I liked the Halberd and built my own. This was a really good ship, and it's disappointing how it died, but at least it gave a good fight. This is also an older version, rather than the fully updated one, because PvP things. I dislike having to upload the older, less capable versions, but it is what it is. I'm writing up three ship descriptions right now and I'm running out of things to say. The ship was good enough that a second, somewhat different variant was built, and maybe more will be made in the future. This was definitely one of my better destroyer designs for a while, and it's still pretty good. I hope you like it!
