Snowy Map Mod

Description
A simple mod to change the Hearts of Iron IV map to a nice, snowy landscape. This mod does not actually set the weather to snowy/cold, it is only an appearance mod!

This mod is IRONMAN COMPATIBLE.

This mod should also be able to be played with other mods without issue, unless they change the HOI4 map's colour mask.
