NWDM light 3 Expanded Patch

Description
Remove NWDM light weapons from Hive, Cannibal and Shrieking Bandits.

@rudee While it's not strictly the same as replacing weapons, you can think of it as such.
The NWDM weapons should properly disappear and be replaced with Expanded weapons, and no errors should occur.

I'm about to start a new save using your expanded mods for the first time, while using NWDM light.

I'm guessing your expanded mods have weapons you added on your own to the NPCs, and without this patch, they'll get NWDM weapons too which is unintended?
so this patch removes those NWDM weapons from them and re-replaces them with the originally intended weapons that expanded mods add?

@Thrice I've added the missing fixes now, but they probably have nothing to do with your symptoms. Try re-installing it or something.

Mod says it cant be loaded, maybe is corrupted or an empty folder, is it supposed to do that?
