[TFA-VOX] EFT BOSS VOX Sanitar voice

This VOX modification adds Sanitar phrases from the game "Escape from tarkov". This pack has 161 phrases, all of which are used in the circular menu, as well as when performing any actions (Damage, knockdown, enemy grenade or throw your own grenade, as well as reload, gun jams, and healing).

To call the radial menu you need a bind: bind "button" "+tfa_vox_callout_radial".
If the command wheel is empty, you need to set the sound pack on the character in the model selection menu.

All addons except TFA VOX are optional, but if you want to hear the reaction to the enemy's grenade, and some compatibility with Modern Warfare II - Takedowns & Revive System, they will be necessary.
