To safely take a dump in the backrooms, you must need to eat a lot, the best food to eat at the backrooms is mushrooms and wet carpet.

Once you have ate the ingredients, go to a corner (preferibly a dark one) and take a big ah dump.

Remember to watch out for the Smilers and the Bacterias.
