Description
Collection of worlds powerfull Abnormalities. the artifacts are late game item, with great benefit and a bit of debuff, the higher tier the higher risk and reward. the mod require new saves to work.

note : Ai will attempt to build the building, but they never reach the max level. use this to your advantage
