Re-adds preexisting hidden and past UI back into the game, in game and menu.

Re-adds:

-Map Editor
-Original Tools menu
-Texture pack button
-Report-a-bug button (no idea if this works)
-Time Freeze, Slow Time, Menu, and Limb Status buttons

Note #1: Map editor is buggy and already existed in-game (CANNOT SAVE, RESET, OR SPAWN ANYTHING)

Note #2: Texture packs button does nothing

Note #3: ALL UI was already in the game, only enabled and edited to fit in with ppg in 1.26

Note #4: there is no note 4!!!

@mattE-11 i got you, first you wanna go in your steam library and find people playground then right click it and you should see a couple of options the last option is properties click that en then you will see more selections then you have to find beta click that then change None to Alpha
