Metal Shed and Carport (Be sure to build these outside!)
Various medical items such as Gurney, Surgery Light, X-Ray Machine and many more!
Miscelaneous items for a workshop
Roadway barriers and cones
Other items for base decoration...

I write mods to run on my personal server, and if anyone else wants to use them too, then cool. If someone wants to modify them, then so be it.
