The game will automatically round up the download and analysis numbers, so listed below are the actual rates.

Communication Hubs:

Level 1:
1 > 1.5 Download
50 > 100 Energy

Level 2:
2 > 3 Download
100 > 200 Energy

Level 3:
3 > 4.5 Download
200 > 400 Energy

Level 4:
4 > 6 Download
400 > 800 Energy

Level 5:
5 > 7.5 Download
800 > 1600 Energy


Laboratories:
(All labs now take 20 water instead of the base 10)
