This mod here adds them as a bit of a complicated summon that can't receive use and don't need infusions, and which are ranged, slightly complicated spellcasters. :)
They can't solve entire combats on their own on the first turn like Incarnates can, but they can get to this state with the proper setup and preparation, and you can run a totem build or similar while they get themselves set up, or you can simply run them as supporting fire on the side. :)
