It just... exists? Idk for more realism? Requires Shader Detail to High or Very High, and Effect Detail to Medium or High.

Only works when hosting a Local Server or Singleplayer game.

Actually, yeah it does fix the lighting on the flashlight. The original value (0.35) made the flashlight circle slightly visible behind a wall or any props which is not realistic, this is very noticeable when using flashlight mods that are very bright. So this is a flashlight fix mod for Third Person mode.
