Oh yeah fair enough. Looks like I hadn't seen some of the negatives so that's good to know. Definitely liking the design.

FYI, one thing I noticed is that if this (and likely part 2 as well) are enabled on an existing game, it clears all built buildings in every region. Not sure if there is anything that can be done but just wanted to call it out if you hadn't seen it.

i am still analyzing the code. its pretty difficult to do that. to balance it the building are expensive. considered investment.

also some building give negatives like neg health and taxes.

Good to know. I loaded up the mod and the buildings look pretty good, great job! One thought, is it possible to set up inputs for the industrial buildings rather than make the goods out of thin air? The metal smelter for example generates metal, is it possible to have it need ore and coal as an input or is this a limit of the engine? Either adding an input or giving a production output bonus when stationed in regions with inputs would be a good way to build up industry based on resource extraction.
