[Config] Sakura Yaro RG Rally Edition

Description
Warning: Please have QOLMod for CMS 2021 installed as well as the required pre-requisites such as the bonus parts needed.

So, this is the Sakura Yaro RG Rally Edition.

It's based from the other config I made, the Sakura Yaro RG (see here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2612799047)

What was added:
- added Rally lights (front)
- added LED bar
- gauges
- e-brake handle
- re-tuned engine (up to 620 HP)
- Rally wheel set
- dual spoilers
- half cage
- lightweight steering wheel
- removed back seats
- lightened chassis
- front strut bar
- side exhaust

Requirements:
- listed bonus parts (check the sidebar that states bonus parts)

Any DLC required? None. Just download and play.
