Alert Icons Partial Fix

April 2025 notice - if you use 'Ozone Fixes & Qol' then run 'Alert Icons Partial Fix' ABOVE 'Ozone Fixes & Qol' mods or it will not work correctly!

Experimental mod that fixes most (but not all) of the notification icons that are caused by mods with custom graphics added through external sprite sheets. Absolutely only activate this if you are using mods that break the alerts!

Fixes the following cases:
- CCTV spotted inmate misconduct alert
- Tracking belt equipped inmate out of router range alert
- Tracking belt equipped inmate health alert
- Overheated object alert
- Rat chewed fence alert
- Gang targeted inmate alert
- Gang leader assassination attempt alert
- Gang territorial play alert
- Tropical fever alert
- Fallen tree alert
- Bounty Hunter trike driver sprite
- Plumbers on site alert
- Repairmen on site alert
- Most (if not all) contraband alerts

Does NOT fix the following:
- Gang leader demands alert
- Pest Control Workers on site alert
- Mysterious Crates on site alert

Technical details:
- due to a game engine bug, mods that add external sprite sheets break the GUI icons of the sprites located in 'objects_d11_2.png'
- this is not an outdated sprite issue and neither the fault of the modders
- attempting to fully fix this bug isnt actually possible and there is a high degree of unintended side effects (e.g. if the sprite is used both in GUI and in the game world itself)
