Description
Replaces most of Bill's screams with his long raspy cough (or his shorter spontanious cough).

And by most I mean the screams you get when you fall to your death and his "death screams" that you usually hear from people with vocalizers.

This does NOT replace the screaming he does when being attacked/taking damage.
