I <3 PIPE BOMDS

Adds pipe bombs, crafted with gunpowder and heavy pipe at an anvil. Gunpowder is crafted at a furnace with coal.

I tossed this together in an hour because I thought it would be funny, please don't expect a masterpiece.

To offer some mild critique, sprite outlines in Starbound generally aren't pure #000000 black, so these look pretty out of place.

Should be an easy enough fix though, just lighten the lines a little.
